Blood Dealer
A blood dealer is a purveyor of blood. Since blood is a critical ingredient in various alchemical solutions, as well as a component of many arcane rituals, there are blood dealers throughout Doskvol who source and supply blood to clients of all types. Blood dealers are bound by HIPA, a concordance among dealers to not divulge information about their clients.
