Cheesy Chuck
Cheesy Chuck, also known as Chuckie Cheesy and variations thereof, is the owner and proprietor of a chain of restaurants which feature animatronic animal automata. His nemesis is Creature.
A worker at the Whitecrown Greenhouse informed Elmer Dink that Cheesy Chuck would know about habersnatch, which Elmer was attempting to acquire for his research into the subject of hair regrowth. Elmer went with Psspsspss to a Cheesy Chuck location in an attempt to meet with him, but was turned away by the receptionist.
Elmer and Psspsspss staked out the Cheesy Chuck's headquarters and waited for Cheesy Chuck to appear. Elmer ran up to Cheesy Chuck, telling him that Psspsspss was his son and that he is very honored to meet him. Elmer shook Cheesy Chuck's hand and used his Venemous skill, intoxicating Cheesy Chuck's bloodstream with a powerful variant of Trance Powder. Elmer convinced Cheesy Chuck to give him a habersnatch plant, which he did. Psspsspss then bashed Cheesy Chuck's head with a skateboard from behind and the two fled with the plant.
