Scrote is a narcotic popular among the less-fortunate denizens of Doskvol. It is relatively easy to manufacture, and cheap to buy.
Demon Squad employs Karo Anchiat to manufacture scrote on the houseboat. While some of this scrote is distributed by Demon Squad runners directly, the majority is distributed through The Lampblacks' network in Crow's Foot.
